The SEBEL Foundation is a non profit organization registered in New York State (USA) committed to helping hundreds of underprivileged Haitians youths to go to school since 2004.

   Well into the 21st Century, Haiti’s overall literacy barely averages 53%, whereas all the other countries in the Caribbean has a literacy rate greater than 80%
